Holding Company "AvtoKrAZ" is presenting KrAZ-65053 vehicle with MPR-1 multi-lifting system intended for accelerated loading and unloading of removable bodies at the exhibition of road-, construction- and lifting machinery ConMac to be held on the 20-th to 23-rd of February in the International Exhibition Center of Kiev (Livoberezhna metro station).

This model was designed jointly with "Velmash-Ukraine" company on demand of some Ukrainian construction companies.

The vehicle with multi-lifting system is not the first joint project with "Velmash-Ukraine". The range of special vehicles intended for loading and transportation of scrap metal, construction bulky goods and timber has been produced on the base of KrAZ so far.

KrAZ-65053 vehicle with 6x4 wheel arrangement is equipped with loader (multi-lift - MPR) of hook type with hydraulic drive. The advantage of the new technique is the possibility of this vehicle to carry removable bodies of different intention (modules): container, load platform for technique transportation, wagon, makeshift barrack, tank, bunker for urban ore transportation and other. All these modules are mounted on multi-purpose overframe capable to operate with "multi-lift". At that waits in loading points of the vehicles used with two or three removable bodies are reduced since removable bodies are filled when the vehicle transports other body.

MPR is able to load (unload) the functional module on the vehicle without any other loading devices, bodies unload can be made by dumping with 50? load angle. Use of multi-lift substantially reduces costs for machinery operation and extra loading technique involving that is successfully substituted by MPR; that means it has constant operation cycle.

Hook grab as distinct from sway brace completes safety tasks (rope rupture and foldover escape), also it has technological, operational and other advantages.

KrAZ-65053 vehicle with MPR will be essential in different fields of national economy:

• in municipal economy at urban ore take-out or as drain pit cleaner;
• in road facilities - at season works performance (one vehicle at different bodies mounting on PMR can serve not only as refuse body, but as sand spreader and water sprinkler);
• in construction field - at large debris take-out, as transporter of concrete mixers, compressors and fuel-fillers that allows to perform construction works more rationally and compactly;
• in agriculture (in spring and autumn the body is for crops transportation, in winter it is sand spreader and snow plough);
• in lumber industry at transportation of logging waste and forestry equipment and for firefighting;
• in oil and gas complex for transportation of any mobile packaged units both fit to live in and to store.

____ Today the backlog of orders of this vehicle makes about 10.
